Why Coaching?

No mater how we see others, everyone has a 'Story' - a reason why they do and say things - a reason why they are exactly where they are at any given point in their lives. 

I am where I am because of all of the varied events throughout my life - good, bad, emotionally draining and, at times, horrific. 

I am where I am because of the varied roles I have taken on throughout my life as a Daughter, Wife and Mother.

I am where I am because of the valuable lessons that life has taught me along the way.

Life is full of ups and downs, twists and turns and, if you pay attention, many valuable lessons. 

How many times have you said to yourself:

Why can't I nail that audition?

Why can't I complete this task/skill successfully?

Why can't I land that job?

Why can't I  get ahead?

Why does this keep happening to me?

Why do I feel this way?

Why do people treat me this way?

Sometimes throughout our lives we become stuck - in a holding pattern of sorts - and, until we make some changes around the way we think and act, we can remain in a holding pattern indefinitely if we choose to battle on without seeking assistance from an outside source. (This was Me for a number of years)

That's why I now work as a Coach supporting others to overcome challenges that are keeping them in a holding pattern in their lives. 

I help people of all ages to Reignite their Self-Belief, Self-Love and Self-confidence to enable them to move forward in their lives, careers, relationships and personal growth.
